The “Skill Boost: Tech Upskilling Initiative” project has been implemented in the frames of the RECONOMY regional inclusive and green economic development project funded by the Swedish International Cooperation Development Agency (Sida), implemented by HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation in partnership with the Union of ICT Employers (UEICT) and other organizations in the Eastern Partnership and the Western Balkan countries.

In the framework of the program, research has been made in the SME frame, which was aiming to explore the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, especially in the sector of using digital tools. The results of the research will be used for making target programs directed to SMEs development.

As the result of research, training courses will be implemented for SMEs and an educational-consulting platform will be made.
The research and training courses are conducted by Bussiness Supporting Center.
